What You Can Request
You can request deletion of your MCQCamp account, profile details, Google sign-in identifier stored by us, saved questions, notes, practice progress, test history, reminders, and related learning records.
Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backup integrity, dispute handling, tax records for future paid services, or lawful requests.
How to Request Deletion
- Email support@mcqcamp.com from your registered email address.
- Use the subject line: Account and Data Deletion Request.
- Include your registered email, full name, sign-in method if known, and whether you want account deletion, practice-data deletion, or both.
Expected Timeline
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 working days and complete eligible deletion within a reasonable operational period after verification, subject to identity verification and lawful retention requirements.
Google Sign-In Users
MCQCamp account deletion removes the related Google sign-in account data stored by Adhyaapak Education Private Limited. You can also review connected apps in your Google Account settings.
